Det finns flera orsaker till att h\u00e5ret k\u00e4nns tunt, men det finns ocks\u00e5 flera saker du kan g\u00f6ra \u00e5t det f\u00f6r att&nbsp;motverka h\u00e5ravfall.<\/strong><br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hur-mycket-har-ar-normalt-att-tappanbsp\"><strong>Hur mycket h\u00e5r \u00e4r normalt att tappa?<\/strong><br> <\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Ett friskt h\u00e5r tappar mellan 60-100 h\u00e5rstr\u00e5n varje dag. Det kan l\u00e5ta mycket, men i varje h\u00e5rs\u00e4ck finns flera h\u00e5rstr\u00e5n som alla \u00e4r i sin egna tillv\u00e4xtfas.
